The service was top-notch with professional and helpful staff always going above and beyond, even assisting with luggage. The location, although not on the main road, provided a peaceful atmosphere and convenience to major IT companies. Dining options were more akin to a basic hostel, offering poor maintenance and a subpar breakfast. Despite this, the staff was friendly and accommodating. Overall, the facilities were satisfactory with amenities like fresh fruits available.

The hotel is right at the center of the city, making eating and moving out easy with very helpful and friendly staff and clean rooms and washrooms. However, the sometimes loud business-type individuals can be a drawback, and the toilet drainage issue in front of the property can be unpleasant.
